It is with great pleasure that we welcome, Dr. Natalie Diaz-Cabrera to our Lamas Medical Team!
Dr. Natalie Diaz-Cabrera received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Miami. She then obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University, formerly known as Jefferson Medical College, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the University of South Florida. During her last year of training she served as the Chief Fellow.
Dr. Diaz-Cabrera has served as sub-investigator for various clinical trials involving adult and pediatric asthma, atopic dermatitis, allergic fungal sinusitis, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis, chronic spontaneous urticaria with angioedema, hereditary angioedema, food allergy, and oral immunotherapy. Her clinical interests include primary immunodeficiencies, secondary immunodeficiencies, and immune dysregulation.
Dr. Diaz-Cabrera is a current member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; Clinical Immunology Society; Florida Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society; and Hillsborough County Medical Association.
She specializes in Adult and Pediatric Allergy and Immunology in Miami, FL and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
